How are commission prices determined?

Prices are determined by comprehensively considering the complexity, size, number of characters, background presence, etc. of the work. Exact quotes will be provided individually through the request form.

How long does the work take?

Generally, single character illustrations take 1-2 weeks, and complex works take 3-4 weeks. The exact schedule may vary depending on the workload and current waiting situation.

How many revision requests are possible?

Up to 2 free revisions are possible at the rough stage, and 1 revision at the coloring stage. Additional costs may occur if further revisions are needed.

Is commercial use possible?

If you want commercial use, please let us know in advance. Additional costs may occur depending on the scope and purpose of use.

How does payment proceed?

After sufficient communication, please make payment through PayPal before starting work.

Are cancellations or refunds possible?

Full refund is possible before starting work, 50% after rough completion, and refunds are difficult after coloring begins.
